Our online and mobile banking systems are now available!
We have been targeted by a cyberattack. Customer accounts remain protected and funds are available via check and at the teller line. Presently, we have no evidence that sensitive personal information was impacted by this event. While we are still unable to view account information, any anticipated automatic deposits have now been credited to your accounts. Debit Cards remain active with increased daily purchase limits up to $1,000 and ATM withdrawals up to $500 or customer balances as of June 27, 2025, whichever is less. Our customers can rest assured all transactions occurring after June 27th are still being accounted for and will soon be available for viewing on MBC Online and MBC Mobile.
We are working quickly to resolve these issues and are available at the phone numbers listed below and in person at your local office to address any specific concerns. If our response has caused you to experience costs such as an ATM or overdraft fee, please contact your bank representative to request a refund.
