Prism, our new debit/ATM card fraud protection center, monitors your account 24/7 and identifies uncharacteristic debit/ATM account purchases and activity. If any activity on your MBC debit/ATM card appears suspicious, a Prism representative will call you at the telephone number(s) you have on record with us to determine if you have authorized the transaction.
If you verify the transaction is legitimate, no further action will be taken. However, if you confirm fraud, the debit card will be immediately stopped.
